We will be connecting to our body in movement and its ability to feel its innate wisdom. This connection enables us to explore our unique expression through conscious dance. It's a time just for you to be and to allow yourself to listen to your body. Breath, music and being with a lovely group of women supports to find your body's own articulation through movement.

Azul is a conscious movement practice and a path of personal transformation that supports an awakening of self. The Azul Spiral represents a map of self-discovery through movement.
