Azul Workshop ~ OPENING

This 6 hour Azul Conscious Movement workshop (includes 1 hour break) takes us into the third of Azul’s 4 Orientations: OPENING

To open is to awaken to the moment. It is feeling what is.

There is often a way in which we close when we do not get what we want… until we discover that we have a choice to stay open even when we are not getting what was expected.

This workshop is a part of a series exploring the 4 Orientations of Azul.
